Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping customers, employees, vendors, and other business contacts by answering incoming calls and addressing their needs.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational goals by completing related tasks and projects as required.

 

Requirements:

  • All roles are remote positions.

  • A quiet workplace is required.

  • Reliable internet connection is essential.

  • Completing relevant tasks as needed.

  • Applicants must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.

  • Familiarity with Windows operating system is required.

  • Ability to multitask effectively.

  • Strong data entry skills are needed. 

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, and may qualify for additional compensation.
