We have been around since 1995 and our corporate office is located in Winston Salem, North Carolina! Our professional, highly trained team of agents are strategically placed throughout the United States to help with redundancy and to ensure that we are here to answer your calls, regardless of inclement weather or potential natural disasters.

Yes, we’re here 24/7/365, including major holidays and during inclement weather!
Our office gets busy with appointment requests during the day. Can your team help with those calls?
Absolutely! With proper training, our team can seamlessly assist with scheduling appointments. Often, we can do so directly within your system, thanks to our advances API integration.
Are there any fees to get started with you?
No, there are no setup fees to get started with us!
What about additional monthly service fees, quarterly maintenance fees, fees for using your Secure Texting service, or fees for retrieving messages via email/fax?
None of those! Our pricing is all-inclusive, with no extra charges for any of the above.
How much does your service cost?
We offer a variety of package options to accommodate all types of clients, with packages starting as low as 30 minutes. If our standard packages don’t fit your needs, we can build a custom package specific to your office at no additional cost.
What if I choose the wrong package or our call volume changes throughout the year?
At Southern Voices, we understand that call volume can fluctuate throughout the year. That is why we do not lock you into a specific package for an extended period. With advanced notice to our billing department, we are happy to adjust your package to better suit your needs.
How will our calls reach your team?
We will provide you with a unique Call Forwarding number specific to your office. When our trained agents answer, your office information, protocols, and contact details are displayed immediately, ensuring minimal delays for your callers.
