Since 1995 our agents have answered calls for medical practices, property managers, contractors, HR teams and businesses across the country, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. What our agents do
- Answer incoming calls for our clients and help customers, employees, vendors and other callers with what they need
- Follow each client’s scripts and instructions, and take accurate, complete messages
- Help the team meet department and company goals by completing related tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
- Agent roles are remote positions
- A quiet place to work
- A reliable internet connection
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Familiarity with the Windows operating system
- Strong data entry skills and the ability to multitask
- You provide your own equipment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and may qualify for additional pay
